First class service from our first visit to the showroom where we were shown various styles of doors. (Able to design exactly what we wanted), to being kept informed as to the progress, to the actual installation of the door. Would highly recommend

Replace front door

New front and back door
Really pleased with the work carried out and the team were extremely friendly and helpful. Cost was good for what we were after and we were able to get the front door we wanted despite having a narrow opening (something we were told by other companies may limit us on styles). The doors were fitted really quickly in half a day and they left the areas they were working in spotless. We’re really pleased and the new doors have smartened our property up no end. Would definitely use them again.

Fantastic
Fantastic craftsmanship, customer care, and competitive price. I would highly recommend using Sussex Door Company. Sam was really friendly, helpful, and quick when planning our door. Hannah took great care of us to ensure we got a fast installation date and looked after any queries we had. Aron did a clean, tidy, and performed a professional installation (even little things like how tidy and discrete the door frame sealant was done:)). Thank you, guys.

New front door and side light windows
Sussex Door Company, helped us design our new front door which was for a new entrance, they took the time to understand the layout of the frontage of house, types of glazing and size of the door. (you don’t have to have a standard door size) they gave great advice on the configuration. Once the order was placed kept us informed of delivery and installation dates. The installation was completely trouble free by a very happy installer, by the time the install was completed you could see it was completed by someone who cared and was a professional. New front door and glass side panels
This company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! We were right on the edge of their patch but it wasn’t an issue. The visit to the showroom helped hugely. The design tool in the website was also really useful. The lead times were long but in the end the door arrive nearly three weeks before scheduled which was fabulous. Everyone fro the initial call, the emails and the fitter everyone was just lovely! Oh and as for the door that’s looking pretty gorgeous tool Thanks all

Fitted a side entrance into my garage

Replace front door
Lovely company, great communication. Turned up on time for quotes as well as works. Excellent support team who communicated well and were responsive and helpful. Left work space tidy and clean (and also ! spiders for me!) Would recommend. Thank you Sussex Doors!
New front door
What a charming bunch of guys to deal with. From the initial showroom visit where Sam talked us through all the options and made the ordering process incredibly simple, through to Aaron who carried out the survey and the regular updates from Hannah, calling us when she’d promised so no chasing needed whatsoever. The installation was all handled so smoothly by Scott even though it was in one of the coldest days of the year! I cannot recommend the Sussex Door Company more highly as they offer a top quality service with a really personal approach.

New composite front door
We chose Sussex Door Company for our new front door and were so impressed with their service from start to finish. We went to a few places to look around and they were the most helpful, transparent on pricing and they filled us with confidence. Excellent service. Came and measured up very quickly. Stated there would be 6-8 week wait due to the amount of orders since COVID but was fitted a week early! Excellent installation, very nice and professional throughout our experience with Sussex Doors

We had a new Front Fire door installed along with bifolds on the back of the house. The team were very friendly, informative and professional.
The fitter had all the relevant certifications to install the fire door.
Workman ship was very tidy and to a really high standard.

Huge thank you to Sussex door company for providing such a fantastic service in very difficult circumstances. Covid 19 had affected the delivery of my door from the manufacturer but the friendly office staff kept us up to date at all times working very hard to liase so we could get our doors and windows as soon as possible. Lots of business have suffered through all this but we are so grateful for everything you have done. Will defiantly be using in the future to replace our french doors and upstairs windows

Great communication. After moving from Norwich I had to find someone who would be able to for fill the job I needed to do. From first contacting Sussex Door Company to then when the job was completed everything was just perfect. I would highly recommend this company and could not say a bad word about them.
