Fire doors for separate Flat Entrances, Houses & Offices, meeting the UK Fire Safety Bill, 19/3/2020.

All our Fire Doors are tested by independent fire laboratories to meet the requirements for a 30 minute fire resistance (FD30S), as required for flat entrance and most other FD30 fire door situations.

Our Fire Doors sets are available in either PVC as pre-hung units, complete with intumescent strips and hot and cold smoke seals, meeting Approved Documents B&E of the building regulations.

This includes clear or obscured fire safety glass and self-closing mechanisms.

All FD30 sets come with a ‘Certifire’ Certificate, Qualitymark Insurance backed guarantee, Certass Building Certificate and manufactured by a BM TRADA Approved Manufacturer.
