CONTACT:  You can contact us by email, filling out the ‘contact us’ form or phoning us. Our team will talk you through what you are trying to achieve and help define your requirement. It is often helpful to visit the showroom (if you wish) to see the many options available (we would love to see you) to talk you through the many options and help you find the correct solution. We will then provide you with an Estimate. 

SURVEY:  Once you have decided you wish to go ahead, our experienced surveyor will make an appointment to see you at the property to enable him to take accurate measurements and go through the requirement in detail. We will then send you a Quote. If the quote has changed from our estimated price and you do not wish to proceed than there will be no charge for the survey. If you do proceed then we cover the cost of the survey. However, if the price of the Quote does not change after the Survey and you choose not to proceed then there will be a £35 charge for the survey. This is the fairest way we can think of to keep our prices low for all customers. 

QUOTE & DEPOSIT:  The quote will include an amount for the deposit. This can be paid by bank transfer, debit card, cheque or credit card. The order will then be placed with the manufacturer(s). Lead time for delivery is normally 5-6 weeks. You will receive a receipted invoice within a few days, for your records, usually sent by email. 

INSTALLATION:  When you order arrives, we will do a quality check and will then contact you to arrange a convenient installation date. Our fitters will always lay dustsheets, clean after themselves and remove all debris from the site leaving it as you would wish to find it. All our fitters are CERTASS registered, and their fits are regularly inspected to ensure fitting to the highest standards. 

The balance invoice will be emailed to you in advance and we ask that payment is made on or before the end of the installation. Our team of friendly fitters have between 25 and 35 years’ experience and all hold CERTASS certification, providing you with the reassurance that your installation will be of a nationally recognised standard. 

FINAL PAYMENT:  Once the work is completed you will be sent the final invoice for the outstanding balance. 

GUARANTEE:   You will receive a 10-year insurance backed guarantee from QUALITY MARK and if your CERTASS certificate. It is important that the guarantee and CERTASS certificates are stored safely as these will be required if you sell your home
