FIRE DOORS: (FD30 Resistant). All FD30 sets come with a ‘Certifire’ Certificate, Qualitymark Insurance backed guarantee, Certass Building Certificate and manufactured by a BM TRADA Approved Manufacturer. All our Fire Doors are tested by independent fire laboratories to meet the requirements for a 30-minute fire resistance (FD30S). Our Fire Doors sets are available as pre-hung units, complete with intumescent strips and hot and cold smoke seals, meeting Approved Documents B&E of the building regulations. This includes clear or obscured fire safety glass and self-closing mechanisms.
