Introducing the Emperor Concealed Aluminium Bifold Doors, featuring ingeniously engineered patented hidden hinges. These hinges are fully concealed within the door leaf, resulting in a sleek, modern, and aesthetically pleasing design.

These bifold doors offer over a 90% opening and feature a uniquely designed flush-line handle, ensuring a very tight panel stack when the doors are open. The unobtrusive concealed hinges provide clean, unbroken lines.

Integrated Blind Options

With these Bi-folding Doors, you can get integrated blinds within the glass units. These blinds can only be installed in our double-glazed sealed units with an air gap of at least 20mm. Encapsulated between the glass, these Venetian blinds provide excellent privacy, reduce glare, and never require cleaning.

You can choose between manual and remote control systems. The integral blinds can be raised, lowered, and tilted to effectively diffuse light and obscure the view from outside.

If your chosen door configuration includes a traffic door, it will feature an industry-standard lever-lever handle. These ergonomic handles are designed for ease of use, providing quick and convenient access from both inside and outside. They come equipped with a high-security locking cylinder and operate a high-security multi-point locking system.

The handles are available in a variety of colour finishes and can also be painted to match your door.

The Flush-line handles offer a stylish, clean, and contemporary look. Recessed into the sash profile, they provide an almost flush finish, resulting in a tightly stacked bifold door. These robust handles allow you to pull in the doors without needing additional D-handles. They operate heavy-duty shoot bolt locking and include a key locking facility.

Available in a variety of color finishes, these handles can also be painted to match your door.

The stainless steel four-wheel bogie assemblies travel on twin stainless steel tracks, ensuring stability and a smooth, graceful opening action. These assemblies support the full weight of the doors, allowing them to run beautifully regardless of their weight. A dedicated guide runs inside the outer frame, providing additional stability and enhanced security.

The bogie assemblies are available in black to match the hinges.

Buffer magnets are essential for door configurations where they prevent traffic door handles from hitting adjacent panels when opened. They also secure the traffic door panel to the adjacent panel, holding it open and preventing it from being caught by the wind.

These buffer magnets are available in various finishes, but it is not recommended to paint them to match the door. The wet paint finish used is less durable than a baked-on factory finish and won’t last long when applied to a buffer magnet.
