Our Process

• We’ll show you the available options and help you choose the right solution. After that, we’ll provide an estimate.

Survey

Once you’re ready, our surveyor will visit your property, take measurements, and confirm details.
We’ll then send a quote.

• If the quote changes and you don’t proceed, there’s no charge.
• When the quote stays the same and you don’t proceed, a £70 fee applies.
• And if you go ahead, we cover the survey cost.

Quote & Deposit

• Your quote includes the deposit amount. You can pay by bank transfer, debit, or credit card.
• We’ll place your order and email a receipted invoice. Delivery usually takes 5–6 weeks.

Installation

• When your order arrives, we will do a quality check and then contact you to arrange a convenient installation date.
• Our fitters will always lay dustsheets, clean up after themselves, and remove all debris from the site.
• Moreover, all our fitters are CERTASS registered, and their fits are regularly inspected to ensure they meet the highest standards.
• The balance invoice will be emailed to you in advance, and we ask that payment is made on or before the end of the installation.
• Additionally, our team of friendly fitters have between 10 and 25 years of experience and all hold CERTASS certification, providing you with the reassurance that your installation will be of a nationally recognized standard.

Final Payment

• After installation, we’ll send your final invoice for the remaining balance.

Guarantee

• You’ll receive a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee from QUALITY MARK and your CERTASS certificate.
• Please store these safely as they’re needed if you sell your home.
